ReplyDeleteYes, bit too good for most games probably - I would probably limit it to +1 dice when casting Hedge magic spells or something like that.

To be fair, Paths of the Damned has a similar item which is even better and described as a pretty common bit of High Elf kit. So I think it depends what style of game you are running.
